Ash Perez is a television writer, director, producer, author, and actor.

Formerly of BuzzFeed, he has written for televison on Freeform’s Good Trouble, abc’s home economics, and most recently developed a half-hour comedy pilot for abc, called “the youngest one”. his first book, read this for inspiration was published by clarkson potter, an imprint of penguin randomhouse.

in 2024, he joined the try guys on 2ndtry.tv as new castmember and launched his show “new guy tries.”
